Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are a binding agreement between you and [Legal entity name](“Meets”, “we”), based in the Philippines, governing your use of the Meets service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Meets synchronizes availability between calendar accounts you connect, creating and maintaining blocker events to help you avoid double bookings. Some plans (Family) let one payer cover several independent accounts, each of which remains private to its own user.

Your account

Calendar modifications

Meets writes blocker events into the calendars you select and removes them when the source event changes or a sync is deleted. While the service is engineered to only ever touch events it created, you acknowledge that it operates on your live calendars and should review sync configurations before enabling them.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), monthly or annually. Your 14-day trial converts only when you actively subscribe. You can cancel anytime from the billing page or portal; access continues to the end of the paid period, after which sync pauses. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

No abuse: don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, reverse-engineer or resell it without permission, or use Meets to violate the terms of the calendar providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple) or any law.

Intellectual property

Meets, its software, and branding remain our property. Your calendar data remains yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Calendar providers impose rate limits and occasionally deliver events late or not at all; Meets includes safety mechanisms but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free synchronization. You are responsible for confirming your own availability for anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed events or double-bookings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your stored data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [the Republic of the Philippines / your chosen jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your local consumer law grants you rights that cannot be waived.

General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
